Lady Baker Hospitality brings together two neighboring houses in Pembroke Pines: Lady Baker, our bakery and café, and LB Eatery & Wine, our restaurant. Founded by Paula Marsola, both share one culture of care.

The person behind the house
Founder, chef & sommelier
I grew up in Brazil, with memories of my father’s bread and my grandmother’s orange bread. My path into food later took me through wine, culinary school and the craft of baking.
I opened Lady Baker in 2020. Bread became a way to care for our neighbors, and the bakery became part of their everyday lives.
In 2025, that story grew with LB Eatery & Wine: another table, with the same care behind it.

Bakery & café
Coffee and a croissant to start the morning. A sandwich for lunch. A loaf to bring home to the people you love. Lady Baker brings bread and everyday moments together.

Three starters, each with a place in our bakery: Lola for our breads, Lilly for our croissants and laminated doughs, and Nina for our holiday panettone. A little daily care, carried from one bake to the next.
Restaurant & wine bar
Come for brunch, meet over fresh pasta or sourdough pizza, or make an ordinary weeknight a dinner together. LB Eatery & Wine is a neighborhood restaurant made to become part of your week.

What connects our house
Fermentation taught us to give good things time. Hospitality gives that patience a purpose: food worth remembering, and care for the people who make it and the people who receive it.
